No, I do not. All orders must be picked up once an established pick up date/time has been scheduled.

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc... cookies?

Unfortunately, I do not. I also like to state that my kitchen is NOT NUT FREE therefore I warn of possible cross-contamination. Major Allergens: wheat, egg, dairy.

How far in advance should I place my custom cookie order?

Ideally, 6-8 weeks in advance, so the sooner the better! I am a one person operation and can only take on so many orders per month. However, it never hurts to ask in case an order is dropped and I happen to have availability.

What are your prices?

Pricing is based on the amount of detail and cookie sizes. I try to do an overall average price but each individual custom order can vary. It is best to reach out to me so we can work together and I can quote you more accurately. You can also click        for a general pricing guide.

When is payment due?

Once we have discussed your custom cookie order and you have decided to move forward, 50% of the payment is due in order to be booked and put on my calendar. If payment is not received within 24 hours your date will NOT be booked. The rest of the payment is due 2 days before your order is picked up. For large orders i.e, weddings, an additional non refundable deposit of $25 will be needed as well in order to book your date. Please read my cancellation policy below.

How are the cookies packaged?

All cookies will be individually heat sealed in cellophane bags to maintain freshness. Ribbon/Tags are an additional cost.

How long do the cookies stay fresh for?

All cookies are individually heat sealed in a cellophane bag to maximize freshness. If left in their bags, the cookies should stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.

Can you freeze decorated cookies?

This is a question I get asked often, I have never frozen the cookies that I decorate since I make everything fresh. However, I know some of my customers have and stated they still tasted great!                 on how you can freeze decorated sugar cookies but please keep in mind I have not tried it.

What is your cancellation policy?

I am able to cancel your cookie order up to 14 business days prior to your pick up date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made including seasonal holiday orders.

What happens if I need to change the date of my order?

I always try to be flexible because I know life happens. If I have not started your order and I have the availability I will do my absolute best to accommodate. I ask that you try to give me plenty of warning if you feel your cookie order may have to be changed so that I can let you know if changing the order date is possible. If I do not have the availability to change the order date then you always have the option of freezing the cookies. You can refer back to previous question on how to freeze decorated sugar cookies.
